One inbox, and it’s read by a person. VinRev Journal is a small publication, so your email goes to the editor rather than into a queue.

We answer most messages within two business days. If something’s time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
Story tips. Something happening at your store, your group, or your vendor that other dealer marketers should know about. Tell us what you’re seeing. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Corrections. If we published something wrong, we want to know. Include the article and what’s inaccurate. Confirmed corrections get noted at the bottom of the article with the date.
Interview suggestions. Our Women in Automotive Marketing series runs on reader suggestions as much as anything. If you know someone running dealership marketing who deserves the attention, send her name.
Disagreements. We take positions in our articles and we’d rather hear about it than not. Make the case and we may publish it.
Advertising and partnerships. Same address. Put “advertising” in the subject line.
We don’t publish guest posts, sponsored articles presented as editorial, or link placements. Pitches for those will get a polite no. Saves us both the time.
VinRev Journal is published from central Wisconsin. We don’t keep a public office, so email is the way in.
